We use an agile project management methodology for every piece of work. Don't worry, this isn't nearly as scary as it sounds. It simply means that we stay on top of every element of your project. It makes us very efficient and one of the key benefits for you is that our quotes are very accurate and you remain in complete control of your budget throughout.
Any work that we commit to is based on evidence of what is actually achievable so if we promise you the earth that’s exactly what you’ll get. We’re completely open to change even right in the middle of a project. You’ll get access to the project management tool that we use so that you can actually see us ticking off tasks as we go. For added peace of mind we’ve even got the certificates to prove that we can do this stuff.
Web design first then development? Not us...
We won’t deliver a design concept for your new website but a functioning page or site. Afterall, are you paying us for a website or for a picture of a website?
Because we separate code and design we can create a working concept around your content. If you want to make tweaks to the design we can easily change it on the fly. As soon as you’re happy we can flick the switch and your shiny new website can go live. None of this mucking around in photoshop until you’re happy with a picture and then disappearing for a month to build it.
Optimised for search from the word go...
When we build a new website, even if you don’t commission us to help with your ongoing SEO we will optimise your site for search. This isn’t us giving you something for free. This is just us being professional and doing a fantastic job with the code, content and pictures that make up your sexy new website.
